MODELS - must upload one closeup photo and one full body photo

ACTORS - must upload an acting resume and a head shot

VO ARTISTS - must upload a professional demo in MP3 format

STYLISTS & MAKEUP ARTISTS - must upload samples of your work

*If you FAIL to include an IMAGE OR AUDIO/VIDEO SAMPLE, your submission WILL NOT be processed and we will not contact you to request this information. Please do not enclose links to websites or profiles that host your information or samples because we will not visit those sites to retrieve data.
