Alison Cardoza is a very professional dance teacher, personal trainer and choreographer with 15 years experience. She has appeared on National television as an NFL Cheerleader for 2 years. She hosted numerous Fitness series videos in Indianapolis. She had the honor of choreographing American film producer, Stu Pollard in his music video, There Comes A Time. Alison appeared in the video as a background singer and dancer. Her ability to lead, instruct and motivate others in a workout class is impressive. Alison has appeared on the cover of local magazines, including Today's Woman. She is a role model in the community to the younger generation, training children to be fit and active .
