Caitlynn Leary
I decided to be an actor at age five when I saw the film “Forrest Gump”, believing that movies can change the world. As a child, I wrote, directed and produced my own movies starring my neighborhood friends, family members, pets and Barbies. I acted in every high school production in my small town of Jefferson, Ohio. I graduated cum laude from The University of North Carolina Wilmington. I received a Bachelor of the Arts Degree in Theatre with a performance focus and a Bachelor of the Fine Arts Degree in Creative Writing. In college I was in four University Shows: “Scapino”, “Dead Man’s Cellphone”, “Waiting for Godot” and “ Troy Women”. I received the Kathleen Price Bryan Theatre Scholarship twice. My first break into the industry as an actor was on the hit HBO show “Veep”.
